1 Who processes the data

The controller is AIR BUSINESS SECURITY SOLUTIONS SRL, tax identification number (CUI) 51106538, registered with the Trade Register under J2025001034001. For any question about your data, write to contact@ai-revolution.ro.

The site ai-cariera.ro is operated by the same company.

2 What data we collect

Only what you send us through the contact form:

• the name you write;
• the e-mail address;
• the type of situation you pick from the list;
• an optional context field, which you can leave empty;
• your message.

On top of that, like any website, we receive technical data needed to deliver the page and to protect it against abuse: your IP address and the type of browser. These are processed by our infrastructure provider for security and to limit automated submissions, not to identify you or follow you around.

We do not ask you for your personal numeric code, card details, documents or other sensitive data through the form. Please do not send them this way.

3 We use no cookies and we do not track you

This site sets no cookie at all, uses no analytics, has no social network buttons, loads no fonts or resources from other domains, and runs no JavaScript in your browser. There is no profiling and no automated decision concerning you.

That is why you will not see the cookie banner you have got used to: we have nothing to ask you for.

4 Why we process the data and on what basis

We use the data solely in order to answer your message and, where that applies, to discuss the service you asked us about.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and, where you are not yet in that situation, our legitimate interest in replying to the people who write to us. We do not send you unsolicited commercial messages.

5 Who else has access

We do not sell and we do not rent the data to anyone. It reaches, strictly on the technical side, the providers that make the site work:

• Cloudflare, Inc. — hosts the site, delivers the pages, protects it against abuse and routes the e-mail sent through the form;
• Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC — the mailbox your message arrives in.

Both of them may also process data outside the European Economic Area, on the basis of the safeguards provided by European law. We are telling you this because it is true, not because it sounds good.

6 How long we keep the messages

12 months from the last exchange of messages, if the conversation does not become a contractual relationship. After that term, the message is deleted. If you want it deleted sooner, one single e-mail to contact@ai-revolution.ro does it.

7 What you can ask for at any time

You have the right to ask for: access to your data, its correction, its deletion, the restriction of the processing, its portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest.

Write to contact@ai-revolution.ro and we answer you. We do not ask you to fill in forms and we do not ask you for a copy of your ID card for this.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you can turn to the Autoritatea Naţională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal (ANSPDCP), the Romanian Data Protection Authority, www.dataprotection.ro.

8 You are not obliged to give us your data

Filling in the form is optional. If you do not want to leave us your name and your e-mail address, you simply cannot be contacted back — nothing else changes and the rest of the site stays accessible.

9 Changes

If we change anything in the way we process the data, we update this page and the date at the top of it.
